So I purchased a pack, (first time buying an e-sim) and couldn't get it to work. I finally went on the Whatsapp help and got a hold of Nel, who walked me through, the main steps, and when it didn't work, tried something else, which did ultimately end up working, after many tries. Great to have someone who actually knew how it works and could really troubleshoot, not just read a script. and was willing to continue to keep trying. Thank You again Nel.
