Happy enough with Zen.
Happy enough with Zen. Would be a five star if it wasn't for the fact my phone WiFi auto connects to house down stairs on BT which as far as I know isn't even full fibre. I had already changed default router to an Eero before they came as standard. Yes, it is a council house flat so the walls are not plasterboard but the fact line of site for my sky box and other devices are maximum 10 feet adds to frustration. It works OK but still very annoying it doesn't jump on super duper 900 full fibre and constantly "prefers" invitation from "inferior" BT downstairs when it comes to WiFi. Maybe I'm being fussy, who knows. I shouldn't need option to add boosters to lift WiFi either. Customer service was first class when I had issues regarding speed in general and that was rectified just after original install. Tech guys were brilliant.
