Poor Customer Service on Return and Refund
I bought some essential oils from Young Living on December. When I received the parcel, I noticed that the label on the Sacred Frankincense essential oil bottle was placed upside down and halfway off. I’ve discussed with CS and returned it via their assigned courier Yodel on 21/12, however there has been no more status update since 24/12. Have checked with Yodel which looks they have lost my parcel at some point. I then contacted Young Living and they replied me that they are not taking any responsibility and will not make any refund as they have not received the return parcel. This is absolutely ridiculous as this return was initiated due to a defective product, it is unreasonable for Young Living to refuse responsibility or deny my refund because the courier is selected by YL who failed to deliver the parcel. Update on 10/1: Thank you for the follow up from Olexandra. Have got the refund. Much appreciated.
