Aktian asiakaspalvelu on surkeaa

Aktian verkkopankki on hyvä, mutta asiakaspalvelu ei. Puhelinpalvelussa olen saanut väärää tietoa, ja verkkopankin asiakaspalvelu on hyvin hidasta. 20 vuotta sitten suosittelin, en enää. Vuosien mittaan konttorit on kadonneet eikä yhteydenpito enää oikein toimi.
