You shouldn’t trust the airline; you can't even call their customer service because the call always fails. If you email them, they never reply, so you have to go through a lot just to talk to a customer service representative,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction and frustration with the service provided by your airline in regard to the changing of my flight details. I have been trying to have my flight details changed since last month, and despite multiple assurances that the changes were processed, I have discovered today that the alterations have not been made. When I contacted your customer service team today to inquire about the status of my changed flight details, I was shocked to be informed that the changes had not been implemented due to an alleged requirement for me to pay an additional fee. This is in direct contradiction to the information I was given previously, as I was assured that the changes had been made and that no extra charges were necessary. I provided the specific dates that I required for my travel, and I was under the impression that my requests had been accommodated. However, the misinformation and contradictory statements provided by your staff have left me feeling misled and disrespected as a customer. I must emphasize that I do not appreciate being misled or provided with inaccurate information. It is unacceptable for your airline to claim that certain information was communicated to me when it was not, especially when it pertains to something as crucial as my travel arrangements. As a loyal customer who has chosen your airline for my travel needs, I expect a higher standard of service and professionalism. I urge you to rectify this situation immediately by changing my flight details as originally requested, without any additional charges, and by ensuring that such miscommunications do not occur in the future. I trust that you will investigate this matter thoroughly and take the necessary steps to prevent similar incidents from happening to other customers.
