The customer service assistants are great. Constance is fabulous, she couldn’t have been more helpful, informative compassionate and kind, Yuno are so lucky to have her. She gets 5 stars unreservedly. The company however is getting a 3 star rating simply due to the fact I don’t have a smart metre so the initial predictive method they use was way off. Nov 8 I joined and paid upfront €63. The predicted bill 8 nov 22 Nov they estimated at €224 minus the €63 but then they add the forecast for December to pay upfront and the combined total for the 2 months was over €700… madness. They say it’s based on pass usage but m bills have never been anywhere close to that for two months. Had to leave as even with entering metre readings they wanted to see a few months of readings to get a true idea of my usage before altering the predictive usage.
