Professional and wonderful helpers
I spoke to Lauren and she was extremely efficient in finding out what I needed help with and additionally super empathetic. It was a huge relief speaking to someone so kind and so helpful - I have never made a claim before for something so was uncertain as to the process and how it would be, but Lauren assured me and made me feel very comfortable to explain my situation.
