Rightmove dreadful Zoopla excellent
UPDATE - issue eventually resolved satisfactorily, once aware of delay and my dissatisfaction staff were helpful. Worth noting that Rightmove website makes it hard to find correct contact info. I only found a useful email by looking through Trustpilot. Very poor customer service. One of those companies that don't reply to emails. My house is listed as Sold STC. My house has not been sold and it is not on the market. 5 days after phoning and emailing still no action taken and still no reply to my email. By contrast, I contacted Zoopla on the same day and they could not have been more helpful. They dealt with my issue within 1 hour of a phone call! What a difference!
