Be very careful choosing this company for insurance policies, their departmentshave very poor communication, they are unaware of each other procedures. Review your policies you have with them. I tried to claim on a stolen car key, my policy said I could claim for up to £500 but, after a lot of time, I was told the excess was £695, the same would be for a £100 car seat, £695 excess.. I also might mention the 3 days of calls it took to get to this point. One that took 2 hours. I won't be using them again. I would advise others to do similar.
