Exceptional customer service!
I was recently diagnosed with a serious illness. My wife and I decided that due to the circumstances it would be prudent to cancel. We expected some hurdles due to the timescales, however this was not the case. Our request was dealt with and finalised within 24 hours by a fantastic lady called Sandra. The service was exceptional and lifted a great weight of our shoulders during a difficult time. Thank you Cruise 1st and in particular Sandra.
