I considered jumping ship but …
I was considering jumping ship for another provider but eventually concluded that might not be the best option. Jo at retentions allowed us time to think and didn't pressure us to stay - and as the Zen contract price stays fixed for eighteen months that makes their package competitive with those of other providers - at first glance these latter look good but further down the road their prices increase rapidly and regularly.
