Impossible to get help when car breaks down
Fine as long as everything is working, but impossible to get a hold off when things go wrong. Our car started breaking down over a week ago and we tried to call Jucy for a solution. All you can do is call a generic number where most of the people answering calls don't work directly for Jucy and don't know anything about cars. You then have to wait for a call for at least 3 hours, but often you just never get a call back. If you miss their call, they sometimes leave a message to call back, but that's just the general helpdesk number and leads to a repeat of the frustrating process. They cannot provide any other number or a better way to get in touch, and refuse to just send an email or try to call again. About 36 hours after our initial call we finally got someone from RACQ (Road assistance) to look at our car, who quickly concluded it was a misfire and needed to be sorted ASAP. That was over 5 days ago and we have called more than 10 times, with no further instructions on how to proceed. In the meantime, we're driving a shaky, untrustworthy car, uncapable of shifting normally and regularly killing the engine randomly at low speed. They also never responded to our email and seem to be greatly understaffed.
