Ok but lacking in customer service
I cannot be negative about the government grant that provided the replacement boiler and loft insulation. The chaps that came an installed the installation were competent, however were unable to reinsulate the whole loft as it was not possible to empty it at short notice. However, although the insulation of the boiler went well I was not happy with some aspects of the work which has resulted in a copper pipe visible across the front of my property. This was done with no communication from me and when I took it up with both the fitters and company they didn't care.
