Hotel Bonfleur

Booked the wrong date because the website changed dates. Mailed them immediately to correct it, but they wouldn't change the date, even though there was plenty of room. No flexipack really means no flex.... For a customer focused company this was not very customer friendly. Getting in touch with the hotel was impossible. The service desk tried to connect me to the hotel 8 times but no one picked up the phone. So I lost 210€, this is theft.
