Disgraceful Attitude zero customer service
For the past 2 Months I have had multiple issues with this extremely poor telecoms company They overcharged me twice in March & April by 100% my monthly fee was £5 but they charged me £10 although they since refunded the £10 for April There has been no communication to indicate I would be paying more for my monthly package and they have failed to address my complaint My previous Trustpilot report they asked me to email them which received no response whatsoever As I do not trust this company at all I cancelled the auto payment facility so I can be in control of the payments manually so tonight I tried to renew each time getting an error message stating "threshold reached" I went over to their live chat at 12:36 and an hour and 15 minutes later nobody has picked up on my customer service request I only use this company as they offer eSim and my previous company who were excellent don't Do not trust them with autopay and hope you will never need customer services as it is totally unfit for purpose and absolute disgrace The response from Lyca is disingenuous they promised this back in march zero replies to email or any other platforms spent 90 mins on live chat waiting for an agent and nothing no response from anyone
