Went on the cruise today at 1230 from Westminster pier. The staff were fantastic and a special mention goes to a young lady called Deena. She was so chatty and welcoming in these extraordinary difficult times and was so nice. The boat was all festive and warm and also the guide was very good and comical which was so nice in these really testing times... Well done to all of you 👍🏼
