Honestly the worst company I’ve ever…
Honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with. Shocking customer service. Even worse tutors. And I’m not the only one who’s had this issue on the same course and same tutor. Won’t get to finish the course so £2000 down the drain due to this. I’d rather transfer to another course and start again! However Stonebridge seem more than reluctant to take any responsibility for their lack of help, support and their incredibly picky marking which makes passing modules so difficult. I’m doing a degree in the same field and it’s by far easier than my course here! Avoid Early Years Courses like the plague! There’s a whole Facebook group of people who ask for support on various courses. Not one has a good thing to say about Stonebridge!!! With regards to your reply I’ve also spend time complaining numerous times about my tutor and you refuse to do anything about it! Your companies reviews calling you ‘scam artists’ (CHECK OTHER SITE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!) says it all! And I won’t stop until I’m heard! Everyone please read their reply. Typical of this company. Won’t sort out their own mistakes. Refuse to help. Refuse to listen. I’m one of a number of people who have issues with this company and this tutor.
