Very professional
Very professional. They (lettings agency) told us that there was a deep coean for the apartment but when we moved we found it wasn’t cleaned properly. Also they have told us that lights were changed but when we moved, many lights weren’t changed but the landlord reimbursed us for the money we paid. They also said that they will send a receipt for the deep cleaning but until now we have received nothing.
