Excellent customer service!! I recently made a review however my new experience with Biscuit recently deserves a mention. I was wanting to purchase a Seventy and Mochi waistcoat, however I was unable to select a size on the website. I sent a message over to the Biscuit instagram account, to which I received fabulous advice on how to purchase my item. The person who was speaking with me on instagram was on holiday and went above and beyond to help me make my purchase. I really appreciated the help and shows the true ethics behind this wonderful shop (especially helping myself whilst on holiday). Thank you again and I absolutely love my waistcoat 🩷!!
