Hotel, customer service and respond
We booked a hotel at Cairo, Egypt. Hotel people were Cheaters, they did over booking and make us waited for hours and hours. Finally provided a very bad hotel near by as a solution at 11 in the night. Ruined our holidays absolutely and when we complaint to Booking.com they didn’t responded or looked in to the matter seriously. We suffered a lot as we had kids and adults. Worst experience of my life, can never wish for an enemy. Booking.com equally pathetic with their service - will never use them again.
