I’ve been with boost for 10+ years and lately I’ve thinking of changing providers, Everything has changed, there’s never any appreciation for the veteran customers not to mention they overcharged my account and told me that they would not be able to refund my money but would put it on the next bill. Like how are you going to make me pay my bill early and thank God that wasn’t all I had, I’m no longer trusting you all with autopay.
