Outstanding service from start to finish!
Keenans came to me very highly recommended, as the best estate agents to use when selling a house in the Blackburn area. I was not disappointed. From start to finish, the service which they provided was exemplary, and far superior to that which I received from the solicitor who dealt with the contract and conveyance, which was as hands-off as Keenans were hands-on. Everyone I dealt with throughout the entire process was helpful, efficient and courteous, and the whole experience was better than I ever imagined that it could be. From initial valuation to eventual sale, everything happened seamlessly, with the full asking price being achieved without any apparent hassle. So, an excellent outcome! I am able to recommend Keenans wholeheartedly, and without reservation of any kind. They are a fully professional outfit in every respect.
