Hotel providers heavily advise against using this airline.

We operate a hotel in a popular tourist destination. We and the neighbouring hotels recommend all customers choose an alternative airline. A countless number of our guests have complained of mistreatment, poor customer service, and in many cases, blatant conning by offering non-refundable add-ons (like extra leg room) that are not present on their aircraft.
