Scammed into paying £40 after their checking wouldn’t download my ticket. Apparently loads of people have the same problem. Don’t fly this airline. Plane dirty, no room in seats and customer service staff awful. Wouldn’t listen just said £40 because you are British and not in the EU and other Europeans only pay 5 Euros. Wow!
