Avoid at all costs if you are prospective tenants
The agency favored the landlord (with whom they have continuous commercial relationships) throughout the end of tenancy process leading to us paying unjustified out of accordance costs such as check out report and administrative fees that should not have been covered by us. In collusion with the landlord, they accepted to modify the check out report produced by an independent inspector (Green Kite) in the absence of the parties to our detriment in view of allowing the landlord to proceed with unfair deductions to our deposit. The agency never interceded with the landlord and every margin call were all made to the landlord's benefit. Sam Canning Birtles who was an excellent employee of the agency and found the property for us left for a competitor a few months ago. We truly recommend, to the extent possible, to avoid this agency for any lettings if your are prospective tenants. We are contemplating to sue the agency as soon as the deposit adjudication process will be completed by TDS.
