Tried to cancel auto renewal online
Tried to cancel auto renewal online. After many failed attempts I did it via a phone call. Even then it was still not cancelled and they consequently took another payment days ago. This company is running a scam. I currently have 3 plans running same mobile number. Insane!!! They should be given a huge fine by the EU. Investigate their practices. Never opt for auto renewal. If you did and want to cancel it you will be better to cancel your bank card.
