I ordered the wrong car mats by accident, for a Crossland not a grandland, my silly mistake I know. I contacted the company by email explaining the situation and asking if I could send them back for an exchange of the correct ones, they made this very hard work, twice they sent me an email asking me the condition of them, were they used, I explained already they are brand new, I only received them that day, they don't fit because they are for a different model car but they still kept asking that question and requesting pictures. I still have the car mats, they did not answer my question where their branch was so I could bring them back in person for an exchange. Delivery charge was expensive aswel
