Scammed, no refund, fake account
I bought a Fortnite account from IGVault and the login details were completely invalid – the email doesn’t even exist on Epic Games. I contacted the seller immediately, but instead of solving the issue, they started delaying their replies on purpose, just to abuse the guarantee system. I have video proof of this and IGVault support has done nothing to resolve the case. It is unacceptable that a platform claiming to be “verified” allows this kind of scam. Be very careful – once they have your money, you are on your own.
