i had a bicycle accident. At the early stages of the claim i found it hard to get information from minster law but once i had a dedicated person supporting me the communication and progress was good. Mandy really helped and advised and supported. the portal wasnt used, and that was confusing to me, but isnt really needed. whole process took nearly 15 months
