The hygienist I saw was great!
The hygienist I saw was great! However. The overall experience was a headache because the office I made the appointment at was shut down and no one called me to inform me or re-book. So I showed up to a locked down office. I had to call them to reschedule, and none of the physical records were transferred, so they had to have me fill out ALL the paperwork all over again and re-do my gum... count... thing. Whatever that's called. They should have called me to reschedule, and they should have moved the records over. I know they're having staffing problems but putting all the onus on the consumer to manage their work-around is ridiculous.
