very bad experience
I ordered a chair from interdiscount, but it arrived without armrests. I first tried to understand if they could send the armrests, but no one answered me. So I returned the chair the next day, in its original packaging, and explained that parts were missing. It's been 3 weeks and I have not received any refund for my purchase. Interdiscount says that they are waiting for the manufacturer to confirm the "damage" on the chair. What damage are they even talking about????? the chair is missing the armrests, how long can it possibly take to confirm that? This is the worst customer experience I ever had in Switzerland. Don't buy from interdiscount.
