Minster Law have been great throughout settling my car accident claim. I was given excellent guidance at every stage and was happy with the outcome. Initially my claim, a fairly complex one, was handled by Helen Marshall, who couldn't have been more helpful, efficient and kind. Thank you Helen for making sure that I understood the process at every stage and for answering all my questions with real patience and expertise. In the later stages James Barker took the lead, and again, was super efficient, understanding, explained everything clearly and settled the claim with an outcome I am happy with.
