a life affirming experience
The joint pain clinic has been a life affirming experience. Not only do I feel more in control of my pain and my body but emotionally I feel fitter and able to cope. The pain hub has a great atmosphere and wonderful facilities, everyone is friendly and approachable, especially my instructor who is professional and inspiring. I am truly grateful to have been part of this course and will continue to be involved and exercising for as long as I can
