Worst airline ever!
Worst airline ever! We travelled from the Netherlands to Canada to visit our family in Calgary and Ottawa. We booked a national flight with Porter to Ottawa. They cancelled three times on us. First was due to weather conditions so understandable the other two times were due to shortage on crew. They rescheduled us on the day we had to flight back, 6 days later than our original flight. We tried to contact customer services. First we hang on the phone for over 1 hour and 30 minutes and they just hang up on us. We tried again in the morning and found a live chat on their website. After waiting a whole morning we got finally through to someone. After a whole hassle they agreed to change the flight so we could fly earlier. But we never got a confirmation of them. The day we're supposed to fly like agreed in the chat we we're on the airport. Tried to get someone on the phone the whole morning because we didn't got a confirmation of them, finally we're talking to someone and he denied everything at first 🙄 after a while they said that every flight was cancelled to Ottawa until the 28th of February. They lied because the flight we're supposed te be on was still going... We had enough and cancelled our flight with them and rebooked with Flair for the same day. Still didn't see a refund from then, but i'll never book a flight with them again. This is a super unreliable airline! That doesn't do customer service.
