Unreachable on any channel after months of trying - AVOID!
Continued issues across the two accounts I have. I have suffered as an in-life Customer, and have decided to leave, and am now going through the worst customer service I have ever experienced in 25 years of doing business. They are impossible to get hold of to resolve problems; have ignored requests for call backs; have a web complaint form that does not work; are not available on webchat; do not answer emails; and are not reachable on their phoneline (I have now spent multiple hours waiting on hold either on the phone or online, with zero response, despite 10s of attempts over 8 weeks). This is customer service efficiency gone horribly wrong. Forcing engagement away from phone to digital channels that don't work. I am at my wits end, and am now being threatened with court action. Accounts 2000268460 (in credit!) and 2000268452 (in debit).
