Moving to Gigaclear
This company sent an email saying my contract ended soon and the new price from October 31 was £££. I called to confirm I was happy to end the contract then but was told my call today was notice. I explained the email and was told my contract finished in September? I did dispute this but got nowhere. I asked if I could still end on October 31 and was told no. My first bill from Voneus was in March 2025 so technically 18 months into a 2 year contract as they fitted it early while my previous contract ran out, and was told it would start then. Also had several connection problems. Moving to Gigaclear for half price and a voucher.
