The shop in Dresden,Stoke-on-Trent is a joke.the guy who runs it is so bloody rude to his customers. I go in there every week to pay my bills using pay point and very often purchase other things while I’m in there, Today I am told “if You don’t buy anything from the shop you have no chance of me doing your bills” What kind of service is this? Obviously he is getting commission or something for doing pay point services.I did not know I was under any obligation to buy any other things when I’m in there. Will not be going in there again
