Spent 1000 dollars for trip insurance
Spent 1000 dollars for trip insurance. International trip with friends. Our flight from home was cancelled by American Airlines. Is this covered with Faye? No, because the cancellation happened before we left. Does not matter that we missed the first day of our vacation and were not able to meet up with friends. Originally scheduled to arrive at 11am, arrived at 1230am the next day. This is not a delay either because they don't use the original booking, they use the rescheduled by the airline booking. The original booking is what I bought the insurance for. This makes absolutely no sense.
