Well organised, helpful and honest company

Although we were unable to do the tour due to the pandemic, Toby and Anna were brilliant. And I can't stress that enough. We booked up for the Himalayan Heights tour a year ago, paying the deposit for both myself and my wife, and the process was well informed and effortless. When the pandemic took hold, it was Anna that got in touch with us informing us of our options and stated that if we wished we could hopefully still join them this year, postpone till next, or if we wished, get our full deposits back. Due to other commitments next year we took the option of getting our deposit back. No quibbles, no hassle, money returned that same week. I can only wish Anna and Toby all the best in the future, and hope sometime soon we can join them on one of their tours. They are 110% solid and trustworthy.
