Great customer service
I bought tickets for my 12 year old son and myself for the PSG Montpellier match recently and had a great experience with Tickets-Exchange from start to finish. Never having purchased tickets from a third party seller online before I was a little over-cautious and sent a number of emails asking lots of questions. However, Alex from Tickets-Exchange put my mind at rest answering all my questions within hours of me sending emails. I was able to download the tickets from their website 5 days before the match with our names on the tickets. I wouldn’t hesitate using Tickets-Exchange again based on my experience. My son and I enjoyed the match having good seats and lots of goals with PSG winning 5-2.
