Darlington branch - remedied a poor service
Edit: having received contact from the branch manager following the poor service I reported here previously, the below review seems to be reflective only of one agent there. Since this we’ve received better photos, attention to detail, regular contact ensuring we’re happy with the brochure before it went to ad. Thanks to Mark and Richard for reaching out and making things right. Original review: Lack of response, inflated sales pitch that didn’t live up to it, “professional” iPhone pictures are warped and poorly presented, flip-flopping between sales strategies, didn’t get the address right after two weeks of trying, asked for a glass of water when he came to take the photos then left his water glass and his bag in the photo shot, arrived an hour early for the appointment and didn’t have the courtesy to leave and come back so I could finish cleaning. Awful
