Dont use this company
Do not use this company. We hired a car from this company in Auckland and on the second day we went to start the car and the battery was flat. We called the company and they insisted we had left the lights on, we had not driven at night and the lights were not on. They insisted it was something we did and said they would not come out to look at the car and to contact AA through our personal membership and told us if it is a problem with the car to get the AA guy to put it in writing. The AA man could not believe the rental company would not come out, he jump started the car and informed us that the battery was 12 years old and required replacement, he was annoyed that AA was called and when I asked him to put the problem in writing he explained it that they did not do this. As a consequence we did not use the car again until we returned it to Yes the next day. When we returned the car the next day the customer service people with very limited english were still adamant it was our fault and were confrontational and arrogant. Will not use this company again and definitely would not recommend them.
