A complete waste of my time!
So I spoke to this company last week, confirmed collection of my vehicle for Friday 24th May. Great, I thought. That was easy! I made sure I had everything ready to go. I was told to wait by the phone for a call from the company collecting the vehicle. So I made sure to stay in all day and wait for the call. No call came at any point during the day. I waited all day and all evening, and nothing. Today, Tuesday 28th, I get a text from Redcorn Ltd to confirm collection for tomorrow. I didn't agree to that date. I can't be home for another whole day to wait. So I cancelled it and went somewhere else. Sure, go ahead and use Remove My Car if you like being messed around. Otherwise, definitely go elsewhere.
