Your company make me loss 3k pounds. Let my studio keeps empty around 2 months, refuse to terminate and transfer the contract to my friend (I made advertisements by myself to transfer the contract) and also didn’t provide any solutions. This is not the thing about transferring, is about the rights of abroad students. Because I found a replacement student for you, but you reject to transfer and ask me to extend 8weeks rent and then would like to help me. I have no choice, just invite my friend to live with me one night, but the next day my friend was kicked out by the reception in an extremely rude way. I am just curious are other students still would like to rent your property?
