Well i guess i am just one of the many that booked with KLM - and didnt get any service - and in trouble because they changed flight and used their own Transavia - and i got left in trouble I used a few hours on KLM useless website - and contacted them through phone which took me another 2 hours - and still no help The problem for a company like KLM is that they are to big... you cant really complain. I would advice anyone not to use them - use any other - at least remember - if you have problems they dont care !
