Broken packaging and no customer service

I placed an order online and received my tea with broken seals. I reached out to their customer service twice via emails as instructed on their website. In the email I included pictures, order number, and all the details for them to locate the order, and they completely ignored my emails and there is no other way to talk to them at all. Given it is supposed to be a high end tea shop, it very disappointing to know that they don't offer any after-sale customer service. I bought the tea as gifts to friends and now am stuck with them.
