Anaconda store Cairns Queensland I bought a 9 kilo gas bottle 3 months ago builder it up 1 months later I decided to go back to fill it up it is 20 km from where I live it range for about 10 minutes and got windy really strong I walked in the store I think can you please fill up my gas bottle they looked at me they said we have a policy if it rains or windy we cannot fill it up gas bottles are outside under shelter I could not believe what I heard with my own ears I was very upset I sent you are kidding I said I drove a long way they said nothing I looked at the staff member and I said I will put a nasty complaint on social network after this typing that's what I will be doing so I drove away soon as I drive away it stop raining I went to BCF 5 minutes away I said can you put up my gas bottle it started to ring again the gas storage is outside in the wind with a outside tent they said no worries so they filled it up how's the gas man was feeling up I told him my story he said I hear this all the time he said many customers ring them up and and their story is sorry we don't have any gas at the moment and that's full of lies he heard my story so many times and he said many customers go from there to us and then I looked on social network to see how many complaints with the Anaconda store you guys are absolutely pathetic full of lies did don't treat people like this because bad things will happen and I will make my story be heard you need to apologise badly and you need to change your policy and if you wish to be local and look after the locals do the rubbish right thing and stop with your bulshit and stop with your lives because the complaints are out there and mine is going to be a very nasty one do I make myself rubbish clear make me waste my time on my petrol and I'll put your store on every social network have a wake up call
