Hit/miss courier collections
Scheduled collection on the 7th of January but no one came and pick it up. Specifically meant to that day as i requested off so as somebody would be there to greet the courier. Wasn’t able to contact anyone as their hotlines are closed on a friday. Dropped an email and it was answered on Monday. They rescheduled collection during that day. Im just dissappointed at how sometimes collections somehow don’t register on their system as i have experienced this again before, scheduled 4 to be picked up but only 2 was registered.
