I'm completely not satisfied with this…
I'm completely not satisfied with this delivery service. The company representative contacted me and said that my parcels were heavier than I declared but didn't provide me with any confirmation from the provider side on the real dimensions of each parcel, just sent me the list of written numbers, not the invoice or any official document, and applied me a debt. After promising to provide me with any official confirmation of the size and weight of my parcels, I got no response for 1 month but received the invoice with the debt (surprisingly even twice higher than it was informed by the first representative). After asking to provide any confirmation from the provider side on the real box dimensions, I've again received nothing. The most interesting fact is that in the second debt email, they applied me 40 kg of overweight and as I mentioned twice higher debt while in fact, the difference is 2.3 kg as reported by the delivery provider.
