I was sneakily downgraded, nobody cares
I had an 8 hour flight booked on an A380 which offers their FULL business class product, and was downgraded to an A350 with their REGIONAL product, which is usually used for their shorter (2-4 hour ish) routes. What annoys me most is that I wasn't even told about it and thus wasn't even offered the chance to rebook. The cabin crew were great, but I didn't get what I paid for - after countless emails and escalations (their customer service centre agents are appallingly bad - I've had better luck with bots), I still can't find anyone who cares. Book with them at your own risk.
